Tunes the VW Brasilia carburetor focusing on fine Solex adjustment, float height, and proper fuel delivery. Also uses a liquid level manometer hose and a 16 mm reference to eliminate guesswork from the adjustment

- graduated syringe
- pin gauge / hole gauge set (0.45 mm (smallest), 0.52 mm, and 0.55 mm (used))
- liquid level hose (differential manometer)
- EMPI airflow synchronizer
- WD-40 / carburetor cleaner spray
- solid telephone wire (pair) (gray wire with 2 internal conductors — fits into the accelerator pump nozzles)
